Do not include convictions that were sealed, eradicated or expunged, or convictions that resulted in referral to a diversion program. Do not identify any misdemeanor conviction for which probation has been successfully completed or otherwise discharged and the case has been judicially dismissed. Do not identify a conviction under California Health & Safety Codes 11357(b) or (c), 11360(b) (Formerly subdivision(c) of section 11360), 11364, 11365 or 11550 related to marijuana offenses that occurred two or more years before the instant application.

I certify that all of the information furnished on this application and during the application process is true, complete and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any misrepresentation or omission of facts called for will result in refusal to hire or dismissal.

I recognize that this employment application is not an offer of employment. I further agree that if I am hired by the Company, I will be an at-will employee, which means that either the Company or I may end my employment at any time with or without cause or notice. I agree that no written materials or verbal statements by the Company will constitute an express or implied contract of continued employment and that, if I am hired, only an Officer of the Company will have the authority to alter the at-will nature of my employment. Any such modification must be in writing expressly modifying the at-will nature of employment and signed by both me and an Officer of the Company. This paragraph shall constitute a final and fully binding integrated agreement with respect to the at-will nature of employment.

I understand that this application is only a preliminary application for use at the store level and that I will be required to complete a more detailed employment application as part of the application process.
